Wake Up Ministries is a non-denominational Christian organization dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We host summer wakeboard camps for junior high, high school, or college aged students.

Our campers enjoy the solitude of the desert and the tranquility of a private lake. The result is a warm, fun, friendly environment that serves as a catalyst for spiritual growth.

We teach students how to wakeboard, hydrofoil, wind surf, water ski, and innertube while strengthening their Chrisitian faith through praise and worship, Bible study, and small groups.

A typical day at camp starts off with breakfast, followed by morning worship/Bible study/small groups, then hit the wake for several hours before lunch is served. In the afternoons, more wakeboarding. After dinner, more worship/Bible study.

Campers have the option of sleeping indoors, outside in tents, or on the dock under the stars.

Our lake house facility is capable of housing up to 30 people. Students are welcome to brings tents if they wish to sleep outside. Campers need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and air mattress (if desired).

We are located approximately 135 miles east/northeast of Los Angeles in Newberry Springs, California.

Pricing includes use of facilities, food, fuel, boat use, and equipment.

The minimum number of students required to reserve a camp is 15 and the maximum number of students is 30. Special arrangements are available for larger groups and weekend camps, please contact us for more details.
